Cardiovascular Surgery Summer School 2024

The Cardiovascular Surgery Summer School has been held every year since 2011 in cooperation with the Japanese Society for Cardiovascular Surgery, the Japanese Association for Thoracic Surgery, and the Japanese Society for Vascular Surgery (since 2014) to train the next generation of cardiovascular surgeons, providing a training opportunity for aspiring young people in cardiovascular surgery and conveying the appeal of cardiovascular surgery.

Participants for this competition will be selected by lottery from among those who applied during the lottery application period.
After the application deadline, we will inform you of the lottery results via your registered email address.
* Please enter your cell phone, PHS, etc. number, as this will be your emergency contact number on the day.
Please be sure to write the name of the medical office if you belong to the hospital, and the building name and room number if you live at home.

The time is scheduled to start around 20:00.  Details of the venue etc. will be announced separately.

Regarding personal information acquired by the Cardiovascular Surgery Summer School Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Society),
1.The acquired personal information will be used for the following purposes.
(1) Notification of seminar information and holding information

(4)Other uses necessary for seminar-related work.

2. Regarding provision of personal information to third parties
The acquired personal information will not be provided to third parties except in the following cases.
(1) Cases based on laws and regulations
(2) When the individual has given their consent

3.Management of personal information
We will manage acquired personal information appropriately and strive to prevent loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc.

4.The association entrusts the administrative office to BM Co., Ltd. The management office will use personal information to the extent necessary for the purposes specified in 1. above.

The Society will make secondary use of the lecture content in order to contribute to the development of the field of cardiovascular surgery by implementing the Cardiovascular Surgery Summer School (hereinafter referred to as this seminar).
Secondary use target: Videos and photos of lecture participation scenes, participant questionnaires, etc.
Publication target media (planned): Website, product introduction, YouTube channel, SNS, paper, academic posts, etc.
For secondary use, we promise to fully understand the content and purpose of the lecture and express it appropriately. When you apply to participate in this seminar, we will treat it as consenting to secondary use.
