FEATURES
SIGMASTER is a precision organ simulator for practical training that enables comprehensive training in laparoscopic sigmoid resection, which has traditionally been difficult to perform in an in vitro environment.
SIGMASTER is a useful tool that allows you to verbalize and visualize surgery. It is a model that allows you to practice all of the following: understanding important anatomical points during surgery, the importance of visual field development, learning dissection techniques, and team building.
This is a product of joint research between our company and Dr. Masaaki Ito of the National Cancer Center Hospital East. For better results, we strongly recommend that you refer to "Laparoscopic Sigmoid Resection Hands-on Training (Kanehara Publishing, edited by Masaaki Ito)."

Usage example
We support doctors in maintaining and improving their skills at every stage, including initial training, advanced training, and training to become a specialist. COLOMASTE allows doctors to understand anatomical structures, develop visual fields, and learn dissection techniques, which are important in surgery. Please use it "for the day that will come" so that you can be prepared for any clinical opportunity that may come your way.
In the fifth year of medical school, students rotate through the surgical department during their polyclinic training. By not only observing surgeries, but also receiving practical training using simulators, students can become aware of the "interesting and profound aspects of surgery" at an early stage, which creates an opportunity for them to become more interested in surgery.
Verifying the effectiveness of surgical training and quantifying the learning curve are hot topics of research worldwide. Utilizing the simulator environment, which has no individual differences and is reproducible, it is possible to conduct medical research in new fields, such as quantifying surgical skills and establishing efficient training methods. To date, we have received inquiries from many companies, doctors, and research institutions regarding surgical training research and quantitative evaluation of procedures. In some cases, this has led to joint research.
BEAT can be used for exhibiting your company's products at academic conferences, hands-on seminars, etc. It allows you to make very effective presentations at academic conferences for demonstrations of surgical robots, surgical instruments, etc., and for marketing activities.
Please use it to improve the accuracy of your image training before surgery. BEAT has been improved many times to a simple design so as not to hinder the imagination of doctors. By using it to visualize the surgery the next day, you can perform more realistic training.
