We provide simple Off-JT that was repeatedly designed through faculty development at the World Surgical Education Forum, which was launched in February 2017. 4 hours of total concentration. Develop the ability to persevere (GRIT). This program aims to shorten the learning curve by deepening your understanding of the mind-set and practice menu necessary to improve your techniques on a daily basis at your own facility. Participants receive feedback on their techniques from the instructor, which can be used for future practice. If we receive a large number of applications, we will generally respond on a first-come, first-served basis (limited to 12 people).
