EBM Inc. has formulated a General Employer Action Plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, and is hereby announcing it.


In order to ensure that all employees can fully utilize their capabilities and create a comfortable working environment,
Develop an action plan as follows:


1. Planning period: October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2029

2. Goals, initiatives and implementation period

<Goal>

・Extend the average length of employment for female workers from the current four years to more than one year (male workers: 8.7 years).
・Establish a system for female managers to obtain degrees (bachelor's degrees, etc.) and increase the number of female managers.

<Implementation period and details>
From December 2024 onwards, a system for obtaining a degree (bachelor's degree, etc.) will be established.
From April 2025 onwards, the standards for the permanent employment system will be further clarified.
From July 2025, we will implement an initiative to promote the taking of annual paid leave.

What is a general employer action plan?
This plan is being formulated to enable companies to improve the employment environment to support workers with children in balancing their professional and family lives, and to create diverse working conditions that include workers who are not raising children.
