Announcement of Winning the Gold Award at the 10th Fukushima Industry Awards
EBM Corporation has been selected for the 10th Fukushima Economy, Industry and Manufacturing Awards (Fukushima Industry Awards) and received the Gold Award.
The award is presented by the Fukushima Minpo newspaper to companies, organizations and individuals in the prefecture that are engaged in excellent manufacturing and cutting-edge initiatives. The criteria for evaluation and awarding include unique products and technical capabilities, innovative use of the latest technology, innovative management methods, regional collaboration and activities that contribute to the local community, and the associated job creation and human resource development.
Our company was recognized for its efforts in developing an anatomically accurate simulator, Colomaster, a training simulator for laparoscopic right hemicolectomy, which we developed in collaboration with the National Cancer Center, a national research and development organization.
This year marks the fourth time that our company has received the Fukushima Industry Award.
