The "Eruboshi Certification Notification Ceremony" was featured in the Fukushima Minpo Newspaper
Our company was certified under the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "L-Boshi Certification System," which recognizes companies that are making outstanding efforts to promote women's participation in the workforce. A certification notification ceremony was held in Fukushima City on January 28, 2025, and was featured in the Fukushima Minpo Shimbun (January 29, 2025).
Our company met the standards in four areas, including recruitment situation, working style, and ratio of female managers, and received the "L-star Level 2" certification.
