We have been certified under the "Eruboshi Certification System"

Based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, our company has been certified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as an "Eruboshi" company, as a company that meets certain requirements, such as having an excellent implementation status of initiatives to promote women's participation in the workforce, among employers that have formulated and submitted general employer action plans.

There are three levels of "L-Boshi" certification depending on how many of the five certification criteria - "recruitment," "continued employment," "work style including working hours," "ratio of managerial positions," and "diverse career paths" - are met. Our company met the criteria in four areas, including recruitment situation, work style, and ratio of female managerial positions, and received the "second level" of the "L-Boshi" certification.
