EBM Corporation is pleased to announce that its laparoscopic colorectal surgery training simulator COLOMASTER, the result of joint research with the National Cancer Center Hospital East, has won the Excellence Award at the 37th Small and Medium Enterprise Excellent New Technology and New Product Awards, sponsored by the Resona Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Foundation and published by the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun.
In addition, Dr. Masaaki Ito of the National Cancer Center Hospital East, our joint research partner, was awarded the Industry-Academia Collaboration Award for his efforts in this joint research.
This award recognizes outstanding technological developments by small and medium-sized enterprises through a comprehensive evaluation of the originality, marketability, future potential, and social contribution of technologies and products.
