三原じゅん子女性活躍担当相による「地域の女性との懇談会」に参加しました
On Saturday, March 22, 2025, Minister of State for Gender Equality Junko Mihara held a "Roundtable Meeting with Local Women" at the Fukushima City Creative Business Salon, and our female employees participated.
This roundtable discussion was established as a forum for Minister Mihara to directly hear opinions about what women feel and the challenges they face on a daily basis in order to create a better community.
Six women from companies in Fukushima Prefecture participated, and there was a lively exchange of opinions on the theme of "What is needed to make Fukushima a region that people want to live in?"
Our employees shared their opinions on creating a community where working women can thrive in their own way, including improving support for balancing work with family and child-rearing, and creating opportunities for career advancement.
The association also discussed the importance of expanding systems that support flexible working styles and career development in order to promote women's participation in local areas.
Going forward, we will continue to work to create an environment where women can continue to work with enthusiasm and aim to contribute to the local community.
